CAIR has proven to be an effective drug and alcohol program that addressed ALL of my recovery needs. The staff was not only highly skilled and knowledgeable about drug and alcohol rehabilitation, but empathetic towards my needs as a very newly sober patient as well. When I first arrive at CAIR, I thought life was a perfect journey to continue. I was not made to feel like a ‘bad patient ‘when addressing my addiction problem at CAIR. Group discussion was very helpful included but were not limited to: meditation, anger management, independent living skills, drug use and the legal system. One-on-one therapy included meeting often with my counselor and neuro-feedback. All in all, I could not have asked for a better rehabilitation center to embark on my new, sober way of living!

CAIR treatment center is well prepared and designed for those seeking drug and/or alcohol rehabilitation. The facility includes some staff members who are themselves had experienced addiction, which can be a vitally important aspect to a client’s treatment. Having people around who have been through early recovery is a great plus for a client, because they have access to that person’s personal experience as an addict. The treatment center also has an intuitively structured program that is conducive to client’s needs, which supplies a variety of treatment methods, while giving clients time to breathe as well. Clients are taken to outside 12-step recovery meetings every evening. The day to day groups include, meditation, and hypo-therapy, as well as groups designed for more intensive recovery focused goals, like anger-management or relapse-prevention. Family therapy is also integrated into a client’s treatment plan. Overall, I would CAIR is a well-balanced treatment center. I would certainly recommend CAIR to anyone who has drugs and alcohol issues.

I came to the United States looking for the American Dream, and suddenly, my dream was addiction.  I said no to it. I later enrolled at CAIR to treat my addiction problem. At CAIR, The staff was very helpful and instrumental in my recovery process.  Since completion of the program, my life has significantly changed for the better, and I am making positive impacts in my community and my family. I would recommend CAIR to anyone needing treatment and rehabilitation counselling. The program helped me turn  my life around  for the better.

My time here at CAIR was a blessing for me, as far as was the process of my treatment.  I learned how to approach addiction from a whole different prospective. The employees at CAIR were very helpful in my treatment process. They helped me learn how to be a better person in the community and to appreciate others’ cultures.
